I was part of the team responsible for the revamp of IUPUI’s Lockefield Parking Garage. Operating as project manager, I worked closely with the client, their architects, and my own production team to ensure a successful overhaul of the company’s largest scale project to date.
Spoiler Alert: It was a success!
Our team recognized the need for additional signs during removal. And, we were able to work quick enough that they were approved and produced before the installation completed. It was a proud team moment.
